Our returns and refund policy is active for 30 days after DELIVERY date. We at Glitzies Accessories want to make sure our customers are completely happy! If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may receive a full refund (less shipping). Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate your return and we will ensure you are taken care of. Please write “INITIATE RETURN” in the email Subject line.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, and in the original packaging.
You will receive a REFUND NUMBER from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include that email in the package that is sent back to our warehouse. Once the package is received, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (see Refund Time-Frame below), less the cost of shipping.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank. Please continue to check your bank account as refund receipts may vary between different banks and payment facilities. If you still have not received your refund within seven business days, please contact us at email@example.com. Please write “HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND” in the email Subject line.
